EIS 5000 Puerto Rico

The EIS-5000 Gas Analyzer and Smoke Meter is a modern emissions testing device designed to comply with multiple international and regional standards, including DIN 57411, SAE J1677 (USA/Canada, opacimeter), OIML R99 Classes 1 and 0, ISO 3930:2009, UNE 82501, BAR90, BAR97, BAR DAD, and the US EPA ASM (Gas Analyzer).

It is fully adapted to current regulations for vehicles with dual exhaust systems and supports simultaneous dual measurement capability. The EIS-5000 cabinet is equipped with comprehensive protection and safety mechanisms across all compartments to prevent tampering and unauthorized access.

The included OBDII DAD peripheral supports both USB and Wi-Fi communication, ensuring reliable acquisition of all required OBDII data per BAR specifications, with a communication success rate exceeding 99.99%.

The EIS-5000 is the first gas analyzer compatible with all BAR-certified dynamometer benches.

Inspection Lane Camera

Each system includes a high-definition Inspection Lane Camera to support required compliance surveillance and monitoring during official vehicle inspections. All inspections must be conducted under camera surveillance to enforce adherence to Puerto Rico’s vehicle inspection regulations.
The system supports encrypted video recording and secure data storage, enabling accurate review of inspection procedures. This ensures inspectors consistently perform inspections in accordance with regulatory requirements.

The Opacimeter RY-3200AH is a partial-flow smoke meter that operates on the principle of light absorption to measure exhaust opacity. It enables official opacity testing through a user-guided, step-by-step program that ensures consistency and compliance. The device also includes a configuration module that allows users to view and adjust operating parameters, offering flexibility for various testing environments.
